Reporting to the General Counsel, the Corporate Counsel will be responsible for overseeing and supporting legal matters that transact across dataxu’s global offices.
This role will have a focus on corporate governance, contract drafting, negotiation, employment law, IP portfolio, legal budget, and managing the implementation of our GDPR compliance program, and internal policies.
The position will require close partnerships across the organization.
