30 Due to continued growth and expansion Hunters’ client is large and global trading company requires a Recruitment and Training Administrator to support the Recruitment Coordinator.

The Recruitment and Training Administrator will assist in the recruitment process and develop the best talent to accomplish business goals, success and future growth plans.

The Recruitment and Training Administrator will assist with departmental vacancies, day to day administration of candidate CV’s, interview coordination, staff selection and employment.

The Recruitment and Training Administrator will provide administrative support for all internal and external training requirements and arrangements.

The Recruitment and Training Administrator will ensure effective and high quality support is provided to all departments and regional offices. Responsibilities :

  • Provide recruitment and training administrative support to all departments and global offices
  • Develop a good understanding of the nature of the business, company structure and staff requirements
  • Monitor email inboxes, responding to queries, escalating to the Recruitment Coordinator where needed
  • Support with ensuring job descriptions are fit for purpose and in place for every role
  • Advertise vacancies with agency partners, internally and on the company website
  • Record job application receipts and candidate details, check for previous submission and outcomes
  • Carry out initial screening of CV’s for suitability and quality.
  • Release suitable CV’s to relevant departments for review.

    Feedback to agency on CV’s screened unsuitable to submit

  • Expedite feedback from departments on candidate suitability, communicate feedback with agencies / candidates and update recruitment records
  • Support with interview paperwork preparation and occasionally partake with interviews
  • Assist with the production, administration and submission of offer letters, new starter paperwork and reference checking
  • Assist with effective and timely administration of new starter DBS checks and obtainment of previous employment references
  • Coordinate new starter information with relevant departments i.e.
  • Finance, IT, Quality

  • Support with arrangements for new starter inductions and departmental overview training
  • Assist with effective recording and payment of agency invoices
  • Support with the organisation of internal / external training courses, record and monitor employee training attendance and feedback
  • Conduct exit interviews for all leavers and provide feedback to relevant management
  • Maintain the recruitment candidate tracking system and training data management system
  • Assist with responses to requests for references for past employees
  • Assist the Recruitment Coordinator in monitoring departmental recruitment targets and performance KPI’s
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as directed by the Recruitment Coordinator Requirements :
  • Previous administration experience gained within a recruitment environment is desirable
  • Previous experience assisting with training administration and organisation beneficial
  • Knowledge and experience of using recruitment databases, internet and networking sites
  • Ability to develop and maintain excellent internal and external relationships
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, written and verbal
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Good organisation and administration skills
  • Ability to prioritise, manage workloads and meet deadlines
  • Numerate, some negotiation experience desirable
  • Accurate with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to recognise and maintain confidentiality
  • Proactive and self-motivated with drive and enthusiasm to progress and succeed
  • Resourceful with ability to work on own initiative
  • Flexible and adaptable to work in a busy environment
  • Good computer literacy, highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Understand and adhere to Export Control Regulations where relevant.
