A professional organisation in the Perry Barr are seeking a Customer Sales Advisor to start immediately.

The individual will have at least 2 years’ experience of working within a sales or tele-sales environment.

To excel in this role, the successful candidate will be self-motivated, have a positive outlook and will relish the challenge of operating in, and contributing to a dynamic and sales driven environment.

The successful candidate will be someone who has experience of working in a fast paced and commercially sensitive marketplace, they will be well organised and possess strong communication skills.

  • Experience of supporting customers in a B2B environment
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic
  • Adaptable and able to think outside the box and use their initiative
  • An ability to work well within a team
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • General administrative skills
  • Good Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and keyboard skills

    Hours Monday to Friday 8 : 30 a.m. 5 : 45 p.m.

    Saturdays 9.00 a.m. 12 : 30 p.m. (Overtime on Rota Basis)
