An exciting opportunity has arisen within London South East Academies Trust for a Teacher who is qualified and has experience of delivering English / RE / PSHEprogrammes The job will initially be based at Bromley Trust Academy Blenheim, Oprington, BR6 9BH which is currently the children's centre Oprington.
However the successful candidate will be required to work at any of the Academies within the group, this will include BTA Hayes, BTA Midfield, BBA Bromley and / or BBA Orpington.
The Successful Candidate will be required to work full time, be committed, enthusiastic, a team player and willing to go above and beyond.
Knowledge of how SEMH can impact on learning would be useful. A particular strength in building relationships with young people who are vulnerable and disengaged with education is preferable.
The ideal candidate will hold a full teaching qualification. To be successful in this role, you'll need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to effectively motivate and inspire young people and have a passion for your subject area.
You'll also have exceptional organisational skills combined with good IT knowledge and sound administration skills.
As the Group supports a number of children and vulnerable adults, all staff are exempt from Section 4(2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
Accordingly, most staff will be subject to either a 'Standard' or 'Enhanced' DBS (formerly CRB) check.
