The role of Admin Assistant requires a confident professional to provide high level administrative support in our Utilities business.
Your tasks will include monthly reporting, dealing with emergencies, invoicing and service alterations and you will assist the Technical Support Officer in report preparation.
You will manage the dissemination of confidential and sensitive information between senior managers within Utilities.
Your Skills and Experience
As the Admin Assistant you will have excellent verbal and written skills, be able to present and explain management information clearly and be comfortable communicating with a wide range of personnel, some who are very senior.
You will have experience in a similarly demanding role, supporting managers within a complex large-scale organisation such as SSE.
A strong ability to manage and prioritise multiple work scopes in a fast-paced business which is experiencing strong growth and undergoing considerable change is essential.
You will have effective planning, organisational, problem solving and attention to detail skills and previous training experience is desirable as you will have to provide support and training for other staff including new starters.
You will possess strong competencies in diplomacy, tact and discretion whilst being a confident, enthusiastic and motivated individual.
