What you'll be doing
We are seeking a passionate individual who is obsessed with customer experience to join our Corporate Account Management team.
You will be working with our VIP corporate organisers to support them in booking a range of events from award ceremonies, team away days, conferences and company parties at venues across the UK and internationally.
Comfortable communicating with corporate customers from C-Suite level to Event Managers excellent communication skills is an absolute must.
You will be liaising with venues both on the VenueScanner website and offline to negotiate the best packages and options for our client, collating quotes and putting together proposals and contracts.
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for nurturing the relationships with your own list of key accounts, showcasing the benefits of using VenueScanner and developing your pipeline.
An understanding and reputation within the hospitality industry as well as enthusiasm and energy is vital. We have punchy targets as we rebuild this year - this is really an amazing opportunity to join a high flying start up with endless progression opportunity.
