About the RoleSWIFT is hiring an experienced and motivated pre-sales Solution Architect to join the team in London engaging in activities across the AM-UK region.

As a member of the Solution Architecture team, you will work with some of the world’s largest companies at the heart of the financial industry, supporting the adoption and usage of SWIFT services.

In this role as a pre-sales solution architect, you will have the opportunity to help deliver SWIFT’s new strategy as we expand capabilities beyond financial messaging.

Ideal candidates should be able to work collaboratively across internal partners to inject the voice of the customer into the evolution of our platform and products.

As a trusted customer advocate, the pre-sales Solution Architect will work closely with key external stakeholders to link SWIFT solutions with measurable business value.

  • Knowledge & Skills SWIFT strategy and the ISO 20022 migrations Customer Security Programme (CSP) (gpi & FCC knowledge would be a bonus) SWIFT core messaging (FIN, InterAct, FileAct, WebAccess, SWIFTNet Instant) Basic end-to-end message flows over SWIFT SWIFT stack messaging, integration & connectivity Standard SWIFT interfaces : Alliance Access(SAA);
  • Alliance Messaging Hub(AMH); Alliance Gateway(SAG); SWIFTNet Link Alliance Gateway Instant(AGI-for instant payments); Microgateway(MGW-for APIs);
  • Software Developer Kit (SDK-for APIs) Security components : Hardware Security Modules, certificates and SWIFTNet PKI Network components : Alliance Connect Communication & presentation skills Team player Customer activities Presenting SWIFT infrastructure solutions - direct(On-prem / Public Cloud) or indirect(SWIFT Cloud) connectivity Understanding & evaluating customer requirements for SWIFT connectivity & integration and proposing the optimum solution Customers can be new to SWIFT or existing customers Engaging in customer user groups Internal activities Supporting the UKI sales teams and account managers in their pre-sales activities, revenue targets & KPIs Collaborating with product, support & services teams Knowledge sharing and group learning About the Company SWIFT is the way the world moves value.
