We have rareopportunity in our Information Security area working as a Senior SecurityAnalyst. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving Data Loss Prevention(DLP) monitoring whilst supporting the wider team and to deliver securityservices across AXA UK that are effective & consistent.

Your KeyAccountabilities will be :

  • Responsible for the monitoring of the DLP services and the appropriate triaging, escalation and management of rules and alerts.
  • Responsible for ensuring the currency, security and availability of the DLP toolset(s) and enhancing the efficiency and relevance of the DLP rulesets across the in-scope communication channels and supported OpCos.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all DLP service, reporting and consultancy provided to the business and projects is timely and meets the requirements of the prevailing DLP Controls, Axa Group Security Policy, Mandatory Security Instruction and Minimum Technical Security Baselines (MTSBs).
  • Actively support the timely DLP Assessment of all Group and Transversal Projects and, where necessary, the definition, inclusion and overseeing the delivery of robust DLP Requirements by the projects.
  • Support the timely assessment, raising, submitting and tracking to closure of all DLP Monitoring Remediation Action Plans (RAPs) arising from business as usual, Audits and projects.
  • Support the assurance that all identified DLP risks are logged and appropriately tracked in accordance with the Risk Management process.
  • Contribute to cross functional collaboration and innovation to raise the capability, efficiency and performance of the Team and with a One AXA mindset.
  • The idealcandidate will :


  • Degree level qualification or equivalent work experience
  • Relevant professional qualifications e.g. CISSP, CISM, CRISC, MIISP desirable but not essential
  • Skills & Knowledge

  • Sound experience in Security domains, architectures, logging & monitoring tools, reporting metrics and risk management.
  • Understanding of the workings of UK General Insurance.
  • Very effective communication, interpersonal skills and behaviours.
  • Strong knowledge of one or more sets of business processes, applications or key technologies (e.g. Networks, desktop and mid-range infrastructure, communication technologies) in use within the Company
  • Good understanding of systems life cycles and project management.
  • Ability to assimilate information quickly, clearly identify key issues and present information concisely.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a network of contacts across the business.
  • Ability to be Self Sufficient yet remain a team player.
  • Experience :

  • Previous business and / or IT security and risk experience in a large commercial organisation.
  • Goodand demonstrable experience in an Information Security or Monitoring role.
