We are looking for motivated Nursing Assistants to join our team within the Acute General Medicine ward C at the John Radcliffe Hospital.

AGM has built up a reputation for delivering excellent and compassionate care to some of Oxfordshire’s most complex medical patients.

Our ward is known for the high-performance and the energetic and enthusiastic teams that are constantly striving to go the extra mile for our patients.

We are committed to supporting your continuing professional and career development, which will give you the opportunity to enhance your skills and undertake further training within the acute setting of Complex Medicine Units and Short Stay Wards.

We are proud of our high standards of care and our supportive and friendly environment. You will join a team that treats our patients with dignity, compassion and respect to provide support and safe care for them.

  • You will assist in personal care for our patients, including washing, dressing, toileting and assisting with mobilising and feeding;
  • as well as the maintenance of the patient environment in terms of cleanliness, tidiness and the restocking of supplies.

    If you are someone who enjoys the challenge of meeting a wide range of patients’ individual needs in a fast-moving environment, values team working and has the ability to remain calm under pressure, we want to hear from you.
