Cobham Antenna Systems are looking for an Administrator / PA . The position is to work as part of a strong team providing full Administrative and PA support to the VP Leadership Team.

Location Marlow, Buckinghamshire Our technology At Cobham Antenna Systems, we design and manufacture active and passive avionics antennas and electronic control systems for military and civil communications, navigation and search and rescue applications.

We pioneered frequency agile VHF tuneable antennas and continue to be a key supplier to major avionics companies. Our GPS anti-

jam technology utilises state of the art DSP algorithms with an active antenna to eliminate both narrow-band and wide-band jamming signals.

We have world leading technology in Ground Penetrating Radar and RF interference mitigation. Both military and civil users rely on our direction finding systems for search and rescue operations.

As an Administrator / PA your skills and qualifications will ideally include :

  • Fully conversant with all aspects of Microsoft Office at intermediate / advanced level
  • Experience of Sharepoint would be useful.
  • Significant Administrator / PA experience ideally at a Senior level
  • A highly organised team player, able to prioritise a busy / varied workload and work on own initiative and anticipate requirements
  • High degree of integrity / confidentiality
  • Customer / Supplier Facing Skills
  • Experience of working in a busy fast-paced environment
  • Ideally experience of supporting a Technology based function
  • As an Administrator / PA your main responsibilities will involve :

  • Work within a team to provide first class Administrative and PA support
  • Extensive proactive schedule / diary management. Co-coordinating internal / external meetings including room bookings, refreshments and equipment.
  • Arrange complex International and European travel including multi-sector flight itineraries, accommodation, ground transportation and visa applications, following approved travel processes.
  • Expense management for VP’s as requested.
  • Management of the approvals process, escalation of purchase requests and invoices, ensuring direct reports follow expense policy and submittals are in line.
  • Collation and production of monthly reports, presentations, spreadsheets, correspondence and other documentation.
  • Ensure reporting deadlines are met and documentation received.
  • Monitor emails and screen calls.
  • Event management including arranging conferences on an ad hoc basis.
  • Supporting any projects as required.
