Working closely with the Marketing Leader / LOB Director, this role will be responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing strategy as well as supporting programmes and tactics for their designated Line of Business (LOB).
The role holder will be the main day to day point of contact for all matters relating to their LOB and / or Campaign(s) and will therefore need to develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders in GB and in the global LOB COEs, develop a good understanding of the business and maintain regular communication to ensure marketing is providing the right support.
The role holder will also own and manage their own wider BU campaigns. This will necessitate working with colleagues across the global network.
Work with key stakeholders, especially business leaders, sales leaders and service / product leaders to develop marketing plans that support business and revenue growth priorities
Collaborate with the relevant Industry teams to ensure LOB assimilation and dissemination of industry intelligence and thought leadership
Develop plans which focus on target clients, reflecting different segments, company size, different markets as well as buyer hubs
Provide informed advice and guidance to key stakeholders on the most appropriate marketing and communication programmes as well as advising on broader areas like research, competitor analysis, digital marketing (including social media), event marketing, including client training programmes, thought-
leadership and investment in 3rd party initiatives
Evaluate marketing campaigns to ensure that the activity is helping the company to achieve its sales goals. Use the activity to help guide and improve future marketing initiatives.
Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns that support the execution of the agreed marketing strategy.
Manage the successful execution of these activities including agreed KPIs to measure impact and effectiveness.
Develop and maintain a good understanding of the full range of products, services and solutions that the designated LOB / Campaign offers to clients as well as the different markets and buyer hubs that exist.
In addition, there should be an awareness and understanding of the broader Willis Towers Watson offerings, in particular the synergies that exist within the designated area.
Strong marketing experience within professional services
Experience in marketing communications across a broad spectrum of media
Self-motivated and organised with ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
Advanced project management, organisational and communication skills (verbal and written)
A completer finisher mind-set with the drive to deliver projects in a timely manner regardless of any obstacles and challenges
Team player who is flexible and adaptable across a range of tasks
