We are currently working with a luxury four red star hotel in the Lutterworth area of Leicestershire who are looking for both a chef de partie and demi chef de partie to join their kitchen team.
The hotel not only boasts four red stars but also a 2AA rosette restaurant and garden theatre set up. They are very passionate about the service they provide for their guests from the moment they arrive to the minute they leave.
The positions of chef de partie and demi chef will be starting off on the sauce and larder sections, helping on other sections when required.
They wil also be helping with all servics from the 2AA rosette dining room to the large private weddings.
The ideal candidates for these positions will have previous experience working either within a 4* hotel or fine dining restaurant, be competent with all food hygiene and health and safety procedures and show real enthusiasm for their work.
