An excellent opportunity has arisen for a technically minded Energy Analyst or an Energy Manager to work on a number of significant accounts in a varied portfolio including major tech companies, pharmaceutical and financial.
This is an EMEA focused role, where the successful incumbent will primarily be offering energy analytical support to the wider energy & sustainability team.
Whilst you will be focused on ensuring high quality energy, waste and water data is derived from multiple sources and that this is then disseminated into monthly reports to a range of clients, there is an opportunity here for Energy Analyst to carry out some Energy Audits and start to develop more technical bias energy management skills.
You will liaise with various suppliers and contractors to obtain good quality data and feed this into a proprietary data platform.
You’ll be numerically minded and able to carry out data analysis to identify any anomalies, trends and opportunities for energy savings and will work with colleagues to feed this data into energy auditing.
It’s vital that applicants can demonstrate a strong Microsoft excel capabilities, including an understanding of formulas, pivot tables and charts, conditional formatting and macros.
You should also be able to efficiently and accurately extract and analyse large data sets to produce clear, concise and cogent reports.
Ideally you will have some exposure to carrying out energy audits or a willingness to develop a skill-set in this area. You will hold a technical and ideally engineering based degree and additional languages would be beneficial.
