Ensuring client queries are responded to professionally and accurately within 24 hours
Investigating and resolving data queries raised by clients and the Client Insight Team
Working collaboratively with the Client Insight team and proactively sharing insights from analysis undertaken
Ensuring timely and accurate dispatch and receipt of client deliverables
Developing a solid understanding of retail audit methodology and GfK systems
Building market knowledge on all related products and panels
Weekly and monthly data production as specified by your line manager
Undertaking quality control (QC) of your markets in line with best practice and within the agreed internal schedules
Supporting clients and retailers as specified by your line manager
Ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of required system documentation
Assist your line manager as follows : -
Ensuring data quality is in line with GfK international standards and those standards set by the Research Director
Supporting in the preparation of client presentations and workshops
Gathering all information necessary to undertake client data reconciliation
Ensuring the business group follows GfK international standards
Ensuring methodologies and deliverables follow GfK international standards
