Role overview :
Kelkoo Group is looking for a PPC Consultant for DACH within its Global Partnership Team.
The PPC Consultant will work closely with Account Managers for DACH to ensure that retailers' Google Shopping Ads campaigns are launched correctly to deliver a premium customer experience.
The PPC Consultant will be highly competent in the end-to-end process of managing Google Shopping Ads campaigns and its whole ecosystem.
The PPC Consultant will also work closely with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to ensure that commercial campaigns are managed faultlessly and client goals are always exceeded.
The role requires daily use of Google Merchant Center and Google Ads tools, to potentially setup campaigns on behalf of the clients, monitor those campaigns, offer expertise and advise on best performing optimizations.
Main duties and responsibilities :
Manage the implementation of Google Shopping Ads campaigns using Google tools (Google Merchant Center, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Ads 360...)
Build excellent relationships with internal and external teams. Communicate daily with sales teams, Google support teams and client contacts as technical expert
Provide assistance for : the setup of clients feeds in Google Merchant Center, the setup of Google Ads accounts and campaigns on behalf of the merchants, the setup of advanced Google features (audience management, smart shopping campaigns, local inventory ads...)
Troubleshoot technical issues clients may encounter with their campaigns, working with internal and external teams as necessary
Recommend solutions to clients and Account Managers based on a comprehensive understanding of the client's requirements, marketing objectives and technical capabilities.
Maintain up-to-date understanding of Google ecosystem of advertising products.
Other responsibilities and deliverables :
Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing teams to put together effective pitches for clients. Giving advice on technical feasibility, production and media costs, past campaign performance and client insight in order to create a deck that meets and exceeds the client expectations.
Work with the Sales Planners and Project Managers to turn the creative concept into a clear media grid with production and media costs and send to client.
Demonstrate the ability to quickly build rapport within the team
Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new products and the technical implications
Demonstrate the ability to install work methodology with the Sales team to insure great customer experience for our retailers
Manage relationships with the technical staff at our retailers
Demonstrate the ability to manage several small projects at the same time and multitask
Person Specification / Competencies :
4+ year experience of Google AdWords / Ads.
Strong creative problem-solving skills and an ability to come up with unique solutions to complex problems
Proven ability to work successfully both within a team and autonomously
Flexible, personable attitude; ability to develop excellent professional relationships with all level of personnel
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and German)
Attention to detail; exact precision in data input and well organised
Demonstrated analytical skillset with strong Microsoft Excel skills. Able to report on campaign performance and manipulate large data sets
Quick learner and adaptable
Self-motivated and work well under pressure
