Senior Case Manager (Probation Officer)
This advert is for Senior Case Managers (Probation Officer) within The Humberside, Lincolnshire and North Yorkshire Community Rehabilitation Company (HLNY CRC).
We currently have 5 vacancies, although the exact location of these is still to be determined, we anticipate opportunities throughout the area.
HLNY CRC is responsible for managing approximately 5,000 individuals across Humberside, Lincolnshire and North Yorkshire who have been sentenced by the Courts to Custody or a Community Order.
We are looking for staff who share our ambition of reducing re-offending by rehabilitating our service users thereby reducing the numbers of victims of crime.

Senior Case Mangers will be required manage complex and higher risk cases and will be qualified to Probation Officer level or equivalent.
They will need to be able to work collaboratively with Case Managers (Probation Service Officers), offering them mentoring, support and guidance.
Senior Case Managers are required to assess and manage risk of re-offending and serious harm, devise sentence plans with service users, deliver interventions and work collaboratively with those colleagues who are delivering group work interventions.
Senior Case Managers are required to work with the most vulnerable, chaotic and difficult members of our communities and need to be committed to working collaboratively with those subject to Court Orders / Licences to make positive changes to improve not only their lives but the lives of those around them and as a result the lives of those who have been the victims of crime.
The CRC is committed to continuous learning and as a Senior Case Manager you will be offered training and support to ensure your knowledge and skills are up to date and you are able to deliver a quality service and represent the CRC in a multi-agency setting, professionally and confidently.
