Integral are currently looking for a dynamic Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join one of our brand new sites based south of the river.
As a business we required an eager and pro-active individual to join the initial team of 3 where all Electrical and Mechanical maintenance will fall under their jurisdiction.
The successful candidate will be a required to work Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm and also offer support occasionally outside of those hours if needed with call-
out and OT. You will be electrically bias and qualified to C&G / NVQ Level 3 standard along with your 17th or 18th Edition.

Respond to work orders related to electrical, construction and architectural issues such as installing lighting and associated control equipment, installing or moving circuits, running conduits, installing circuit breakers, troubleshooting electrical problems, repairing damage and, replacing parts;
Respond promptly to customer service requests related to electrical and lighting operation and repairs, identifying problems, explaining solutions, estimating time to resolve and, implementing repair
Perform routine facility inspections to identify possible trouble areas and, carry out repairs and rectification as required;
Carry out tests on various electrical based equipment which may include security systems, BMS, emergency lighting, etc;
Perform basic heating and air conditioning system (HVAC) preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair;
Purchase as requested, required supplies and materials to complete electrical maintenance and / or nominated projects;
Supervise and administer works associated with repairs and estimates for new works; and,
Other duties and special projects as assigned (this is included to cover amongst other items, the proposed supervision of a review of electrical infrastructure and the development of a works program).
