Job Description

We have a new and exciting opportunity to join our Aftercare Excellence team as a Customer Services Advisor.

This position will involve handling post sales customer queries and assisting as required with the following key tasks :

  • Processing product returns
  • Carrier liaison
  • Communication at all levels with customers and internal staff
  • Working to tight deadlines
  • To succeed in this role, the successful candidate should have an excellent telephone manner, be IT literate or a desire to learn it, have previous customer service experience and the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.

    This role is one that needs a driven, confident and self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude and a desire to succeed.

    An ability to solve problems is an essential quality.

    Additionally, please be advised this role is normally based at our Diss office however, employees are working from home at present.
