18 Hawthorn Crescent is a specialist residential service for adults aged 18+ with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), physical disabilities and complex health needs in Worthing.

Staff support individuals by creating specifically tailored support plans that promote the increase in control and independence in their lives.

Location : Worthing, West Sussex

Contract / Shifts available : Permanent, 37.5 hours

Rate : £17,374 per annum
