  • Strategic thinking and analysis : you will be expected to become a thought partner for our Leadership team about the dynamics of our marketplace, helping to identify growth and optimisation opportunities using a variety of data sources and analytical techniques.
  • Making sure the business knows the numbers : you will become a key point of contact within the Growth team and wider business for all things data, and you will engage with various stakeholders across the business to ensure decisions are as data-driven as possible.
  • External reporting : you will support other analysts in producing polished reporting packs to share in our monthly Board of Directors meetings and other ad-hoc data requests from our investors.
  • Mentoring more junior analysts : As a more experienced member of the team, you will be expected to mentor and coach more junior analysts and take a leadership role within the Insights team.
