An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Surgical Services Divisional team as a Clinical Matron for Clinical Measurements, Preparation for Surgery and Otter ward.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and highly skilled Clinical Matron. The post holder will be responsible for professional leadership and the delivery of high quality, safe and compassionate care across Clinical Measurements, Preparation for Surgery plus Dart (Urology) and Otter (ENT, MAX FAC, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery) wards.
The successful applicant must be highly motivated and willing to take on new challenges. Applicants should be prepared to lead departments with a strong emphasis on patient experience, patient safety, Governance, quality and team working.
