A Primary school close to the city centre in Leeds (LS11) are currently seeking to employ a full-time / long term Behaviour Support worker to work with pupils across the primary age range on a 1-2-1 basis who are on Individual Behaviour Plans in school (IBPs).
The school are looking for a candidate who can start from September 2020 and who also has previous experience in a similar role in an educational based environment.

Working with both KS1 and KS2, providing 1 : 1 and small group support for pupils who are showcasing challenging behaviour the ideal candidate will be inspiring and motivating pupils to re-focus on their core objectives.
