Job Purpose

  • The role of the Supply Chain Assistant Manager is to create value by matching Demand and Supply quantities with optimising Supply Chain Operation between Customers and Suppliers.
  • Validate Sales forecast together with country PM and PPM Marketing.
  • Manage the day-to-day supply chain operation to realize Sales qty target
  • Key Responsibilities & Scope for Decision Making

  • Match product supply to demand to optimize sales potential of country.
  • Monitor and manage model wise PSI continuously to minimize inventory risks.
  • Drive Inventory freshness through pro-active initiatives and communication concerning sales forecasts in conjunction with SPM management and country
  • Support PPM Marketing for sales forecast validation
  • EOL / NMI follow up and co-ordination with Country PM and PPM Marketing
  • Support factory purchase operation with regular PSI review and validation.
  • Monthly / Weekly Seihan co-ordination.
  • Support continuous improvement of the Seihan Control processes to reduce any kind of redundancy or inefficiency in terms of resources and cost.
  • Communicate pro-actively to all stakeholders centrally and locally to manage expectations in a professional manner.
  • Anticipate to business fluctuations from a Supply Chain planning perspective and create contingency plans to be ready to implement actions.
  • Qualifications & Experience

  • University degree (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience of working in related environment
  • Fluent English, both in writing and speaking, preferably other languages
  • IT knowledge of SAP, SAP BW. High level PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
  • Knowledge of PSI update (summary of Sales requirement, stock balance & adjustment of purchase order), to be controlled and timely monitored
  • Knowledge of operations such as Incoterms, production process, lead time.
