Host tours of the Distillery visitor centre
When not hosting tours work in the visitor centre shop
Provide consistent premium levels of service and promotion of brand message to all customers, by being a Brand Champion for Beefeater
Share the Beefeater story through engaging presentations, conversations and world-class storytelling.
Represent and bring to life the Beefeater core values.
Greet, orient, and direct visitors.
Be convivial with visitors and other staff members at all times
Answer general questions about the distillery, exhibitions, history, process and tastings.
Maintain excellent hygiene & safety standards.
Process admissions transactions for guests. Issues tickets and wristbands to guests (as required).
Actively engage guests to enhance their experience and promote two-way conversations.
Assist with keeping all experience and work areas orderly. Clean as required.
Complete opening and closing procedures in a timely and efficient manner.
Proactively engage with guests in order to drive sales in the gift shop.
Perform other tasks as directed by the line manager and Head of Brand home
Provide ongoing feedback to line manager and Head of Brand Home : positives and negatives of current internal practises, risks to the organisation and opportunities for improvement.
Continue to develop a knowledge of the Beefeater story & brand initiatives
Keep up to date with all the current Gin mixing trends and best practises.
Partake in continuous improvement training.
Assist with special events.
