Duties

  • Managing Supplier Accounts split with the rest of the team
  • Maintaining the books and records using Sage Line 50
  • Processing and tracking business rates, council tax and utilities
  • Ensuring correct coding of invoices
  • Cash book and Bank Reconciliations
  • VAT Returns
  • Credit Card Reconciliations
  • Arranging payment of authorised purchase invoices by preparing transfer documents
  • Processing payment runs
  • Assisting the Team Leader and Head of Department with ad hoc projects that may arise
  • Experience Needed

  • At least 2+years' previous experience in a Finance role
  • Must have property experience
  • Currently studying towards ACCA / CIMA
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Good use of Time Management
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
