Key accountabilities of the Job title will include :

  • Operate office systems and equipment, process documents, maintain accurate records and access information
  • Provide administrative support and assistance in an efficient and effective manner to contribute to the achievement of business objectives
  • Resolve enquiries from both internal and external customers, providing a written, face to face or telephone response in a timely manner that contributes towards first contact resolution and avoids unnecessary hand off within the organisation
  • Compile and provide routine information using computer systems as necessary in accordance with relevant procedures and guidelines, in order to provide management with the information they need to effectively make decisions
  • Assist in the administration activities by carrying out routine clerical duties in line with guidelines and procedures
  • Participate in the measurement of individual and team objectives, to enable performance gaps to be identified and addressed
  • Work within and promote the philosophy of safe team working
  • Actively demonstrate and promote the Cadent Values, and positively contribute to a customer-oriented approach
  • Issuing tasks to Sub Contractors
  • Uploading completed tasks into SAP
  • Taking calls from operational teams
  • Raising tasks in SAP
  • Logging work received in a tracker
  • Producing performance MI
  • About You

    You’ll possess the following qualifications, skills and experience :

  • Appropriate clerical qualification desirable
  • Effective communication skills, including listening, Qualifying and probing for information to ensure high quality customer interactions
  • Objection handling, ability to apply objection handling techniques.
  • Adaptability and flexibility, ability to change priorities quickly in response to business demands.
  • Must be numeric and have appropriate verbal reasoning and articulation skills where applicable. High standard of keyboard skills.
  • Competent in the use of standard desktop packages.
