The department

Our Real Estate Investment team is a dedicated to acting for some of the most prestigious and sophisticated real estate investors globally.

The team assists clients with the whole range of portfolio asset management, high value and volume acquisition, financing and disposal transactional work and acts for key clients such as M7 Real Estate Ltd, Westbrook Partners, Blackstone / Mileway, Realty Income Corporation, Alternative Income REIT Plc, Valor Real Estate and Oxford Properties Group.

The role would suit ambitious, highly efficient and focussed lawyers with experience in institutional investment type transactions.

The candidate

Ideally seeking a Solicitor / Associate from NQ - 5 PQE + gained within a well-regarded city, regional or national firm with a well-developed knowledge in all areas of corporate transacations.

He / she would be expected to play an active role in marketing and practice development as well as providing a high level of service to existing clients.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful team in Norwich, which enjoys an excellent reputation and can offer good career prospects.
