Job Advert Location Description
Priory Hospital East Midlands is a low secure and locked recovery and rehabilitation service for women aged 18 years or older with a primary condition of mental illness and personality disorder.
We work with women who are stepping down from secure services, or stepping up from community or other inpatient rehabilitation care.
Our High Dependency Unit supports patients who are of high risk to themselves and need more intensive care than is required in a standard inpatient rehabilitation unit.
Priory Hospital East Midlands comprises of :
Durham ward - a low secure continuing care ward for women
Cambridge ward - a high dependency ward for women
Oxford ward - a community facing inpatient rehabilitation ward for women
Job Advert Role Description
Successful candidates will be motivated to work in a service that offers involvement and empowerment for patients, who may have a personality disorder and / or mental illness, encouraging patients to have a real voice in how services develop and in their individualised care pathways.
You will be flexible and supportive, enabling patients to build on their existing strengths and feel positive about their lives.
