What’s the role?
We’re seeking a self-starter to lead in this vital customer facing role. As Territory Manager, you’ll be based from home working within our UK Direct Lubricants Field Team, primarily working with our Car Franchise Workshop customers across the Midlands and South West England.
Provided with a car to travel between sites, you’re going to be making customers your priority. That means putting customers at the centre as you manage sites from an operational perspective and help influence and improve site behaviour, from driving successful implementation of site marketing initiatives to helping to identify and drive commercial opportunities.
Your excellent communication skills will really make a difference here. You’ll thrive nurturing a range of trusted stakeholder relationships, at all levels, that deliver great results
More specific duties include :
Identifying and investigating low volumes / leakage with sites.
Ensuring each site optimises their tank capacity and order patterns to drive efficiencies
Reactively responding to any site queries between scheduled visiting.
Sharing best practice, and ensuring all sites are HSSE compliant.
Ensuring sites are grade compliant & purchasing the correct oils for their franchises
