Established international manufacturing company seeks an HR INFORMATION SYSTEMS ASSISTANT. This is a permanent, full-time role, reporting to the Global HR Information Systems Manager.

Purpose of the job :

The main duties of the HR Information Systems Assistant is to provide vital assistance on different aspects mainly HR systems, HR analysis, and changes to data protection law in EU.

Role :

  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR systems like performance management, learning management, recruitment and helping with its upkeep thereafter
  • Assisting departments within the group with end-user help requests
  • Creating HR processes templates and disseminating these to group companies in EMEA
  • Developing user procedures, guidelines, FAQs for end users
  • Work closely with HR colleagues to align HR processes, such as recruitment, performance management, L&D on the systems
  • Knowledge sharing and providing regular updates to users regarding any changes to the system or processes
  • Maintenance of high quality and accurate data
  • Supporting business with HR reporting or analytics on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Manage data being stored in line with GDPR requirements
  • Identify and resolve risks to ensure HR systems are GDPR compliant
  • Assist with implementation of company specific data protection or transfer policies within the group companies
  • Audit data within systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Build relationship with different stakeholders, internal and external
  • Experience

  • 1-2 years’ experience in HR
  • Functional experience working with HR systems
  • Ability to gather, manipulate, and present data in visual and reporting format
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines
  • Advance skills on Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively use written and verbal communication skills in the business
  • Specifics :

    1Hours : 9.00am to 5.00pm one hour lunch break with overtime potential

    2Monday to Friday

    Salary : £20-25k according to experience.
