The Global Account Management team enables the digital transformation of our most prestigious and global customers and provides solutions across the entire range of enterprise information management capabilities.
As Global Account Manager you will help customers use information to grow faster and be more efficient in an increasingly Digital World.
You partner with C-level leaders at some of the largest companies in the world and coordinate the account GTM with the OpenText teams cross Bu’s and geographies.
Your role combines three domains of excellence : Sales, Business Consultative capacity and Leadership.
Sales : Your KPIs are defined by your ability to generate substantial incremental growth on a set of two accounts. You will shape and execute large complex solutions deals.
Customer obsessed, you will stop at nothing to help your customer find the right solution to positively impact their business, improve their most important processes, or reduce their risks.
Your track record of successful attainment of your targets will be rewarded with one of the most competitive compensation packages in the industry.
Business Consultant : You are a strategic thinker who understands that customers are experiencing unprecedented change. You are already a trusted advisor to your customer, partnering with C-
level executives in IT and business lines to define strategy that will impact both the digital transformation journey of your accounts and the value for Opentext.
You are used to working with Account Plan to drive and share your strategy.
Leadership : You are a leader. You will coordinate teams across the globe to implement the strategy that you would have initially defined.
Inspiring person, you demonstrate your ability to create Trust and Confidence and get people adoption. Structured, you will influence a virtual team composed with AE’s currently working on the account..
