Role : Junior Client Partner (Client Partnerships Team)

This role is to offer strategic advice, support and a consultative approach - which centres around the existing EMEA and global client direct portfolio.
With a problem-solving mindset and skill across media planning, you will be tasked with the end-to-end delivery of programmatic campaigns in a hybrid sales / strategy role.
Success will require proactive, strategic approaches to existing clients offering commercial proposals, which cover media planning and campaign delivery.
You will be equally comfortable presenting a complicated solution to all marketer seniority levels.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Your main responsibilities will include :
Proactively uncovering and identifying campaign or platform opportunities, which can be delivered to answer client’s media briefs or campaign goals.
Through planning and collaboration, constructing a simplified but engaging narrative via great storytelling, technical explanation and proposal articulation.
Project and Strategic Management
Strategic and project management of the commercial process; from client briefing, idea and solution creation through to presentation and proposal delivery.
Establishing clear project scope, understanding the brief / solution requirements and managing key milestones to meet multiple deadlines.
Able to work autonomously in owning project developments and solutions within the team, supported with strong organisational skills
Work closely with the wider Client Partnerships team, to assist and support client campaign opportunities through close collaboration cross-department.
Ultra-effective working relationship with the Solutions team; deploying, supporting and working seamlessly with Engineers - closing the commercial gap to analytics.
Creating and Innovating
Excellent written communication to build award-winning solutions and presentations, which impact business choices and answer business issues.
Excel at the ability to identify new sales opportunities, curate, innovate and articulate end-to-end commercial solutions from briefing stage to delivery.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :
2-3 years’ sales experience within an agency or media owner within a programmatic
Multi-channel (Display, Search, Social) media planning experience would be preferable.
Experience in programmatic campaign elements, technology, platform and media.
Proven track record across media planning, multiple DSPs and digital platforms / formats.
Experience in presenting media to middle and senior agency / client personnel.
REQUIRED SKILLS :
Enviable, precise and market-leading presentation skills are paramount to this role.
Experience in building narratives, developing into exciting story-telling and clear proposals.
Solution focused mentality to issues and obstacles, both internally and externally
Natural flair and desire to build relationships at all levels externally, agency and client side.
Strategic thinking around media / insights diversification across Client Partnerships.
Professional, focused and inquisitive attitude, able to question internally and externally.
