Job Description

The Technology Services Group (TSG) provides the high-performance compute environment that fuels product and solutions development for Arm's engineering community.

Whether it’s high-performance compute on our infrastructure and in the cloud, Electronic Design Automation (EDA), or bespoke software tools and workflows, the products and services we deliver are used by every engineer in Arm.

You’ll need to be an excellent team member, enthusiastic and flexible in applying different techniques to help drive successful outcomes.

Ideally, you’ll also bring fresh thinking and ideas, passionate about collaboration. You should be an excellent communicator with the passion and resilience to get things done!

What will you be accountable for?

You also will be responsible for Operations and Development as it applies to TSG support services.

Job Requirements

What skills, experience, and qualifications will you bring?

  • You have bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or experience in a similar role.
  • You have strong Networking knowledge of Cisco
  • Awareness of Arista preferred but not a necessity
  • Infrastructure knowledge
  • Virtualization skills
  • VMware
  • CCNA / CCNP highly desirable
  • In depth knowledge of LAN / WAN / WLAN and Wi-Fi
  • Cloud experience, virtual networks, openstack, EVPN
  • Automation (ansible, AWX, python)
  • Some Linux experience : docker, scripting
  • Producing High Level Designs and Low Level Design documentation
  • Good programming skills : python required
  • Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking
  • Hands on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools e.g. Wireshark
  • You thrive working across geographical and cultural boundaries and will travel as appropriate to other Arm sites.
