    The role :

    This position will support our SHE team in the areas of workplace health and safety, food safety and injury management nationally.

    This role will suit a person who likes to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment, has excellent attention to detail and time management and has a very strong customer focused philosophy with their approach to work with a bright, happy and friendly disposition.

    This position will be in our Perth Office, Stirling.

    Duties will include :

  • Entering and uploading data into our database
  • Assist with the implementation of safety initiatives and programs across the business
  • Maintain Licence Register
  • Assist with updating and maintaining external Food Safety Audit schedules
  • Assist with release of Safety / Food Safety Alerts and Toolbox Topics
  • Document Management
  • Assist with periodical statistical reporting
  • Communicate with Councils or State Regulator to ensure food licenses are received, updated and paid
  • Recording incidents as reported to you on our database, Datastation
  • Assist with the typing, printing distribution of manuals, procedures etc
  • Personal competencies required for the role include :

  • Well developed computer literacy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Typing skills of 50wpm
  • Ability to prioritise workload with strong organisational skills
  • Reliable, punctual and high attention to detail
  • Minimum 2 years administration experience
  • Experience with Google Platform (Google Docs / Drive / Gmail) will be an advantage
