A great opportunity has arisen for a Payroll and Benefits Manager to join this truly innovative and values driven cutting edge technology firm.

The Opportunity

This is an urgent role being offered on an 18 month maternity cover basis.

As the subject matter expert for all Payroll and Benefit queries you will work internationally covering the UK, USA and Canada for around 300 employees.

Due to an aggressive growth strategy employee numbers will dramatically increase over the next couple of years.

The Role

Day to day you will be the main contact for maintaining and updating the payroll system.

Duties will include :

Inputting new employees onto the database and updating existing ones.

Processing the payroll and ensuring that employees are educated as to the variety of benefits they are entitled to sign up to.

Continual Data Analysis and communicating this information to the wider business to help drive improvement processes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5 + years previous experience of working as a Payroll and Benefits manager is essential
  • A professional qualification such as CIPP would be desirable.
  • Exposure to working in a Start-up or high growth technology environment is highly desirable.
  • High attention to detail is imperative as is discretion due to working with highly confidential information.
