West End base + Agile + Travel
We have an opportunity for you to work in and pioneer the next alternative market segment, which has enormous revenue growth potential.
We are open to hear from individuals from Surveyor to Associate level.
The Infrastructure Projects Authority, part of HM Treasury, forecasts a combined private and public investment in new UK infrastructure projects of c.
£600bn over the next ten years.
Allied to this is the closure of old legacy infrastructure assets, particularly in energy, petrochemicals, waste, transport and water, providing a redevelopment and regeneration pipeline of thousands of acres of brownfield land.
Typically, infrastructure assets require and occupy extensive real estate, and this offers Cushman & Wakefield a huge potential market segment in both transactional and advisory work (development and planning, letting and investment agency, strategic analysis and consulting).
The work is typically high value, complicated, confidential and commercially sensitive.
You will be working with an impressive list of some of Europe’s largest infrastructure companies, on projects of national significance across the UK and potentially overseas, with direct client contact at a senior level.
You can expect to work on a range of complex large-scale development land agency transactions and forward investment funding of infrastructure projects with a capital value of £100m-
£2bn, with an initial focus on energy and renewables.
This will require you to have good commercial awareness and over time you will develop a deep understanding of the clients’ businesses and the commercial, technical and regulatory issues that drive decision-making.
Joining this team you will have the opportunity to carry out a wide range of industry research and monitoring of projects, where you will establish potential targets for a range of our services across the sector and other geographies.
