My global client is looking for an expert 3rd Line Support Analyst, someone to perform troubleshooting of incidents, analysis, problem identification and service restoration for hardware, software and network components.

  • Ensure incident resolution and coordinate with others, escalating as necessary (i.e. technology SME, application SME, and operations hierarchy) - Support management;
  • ensure that business areas IT support needs are being met via combination of own activities and engaging correct IT support teams (site management, architects, vendor support, application support etc.)

    Location - Remote / Basildon

    Duration - 12 Months

    Rate - £28ph INSIDE IR35

    Understand Installed asset inventory, work with business and IT teams to create and maintain inventory of systems and applications supporting different business teams.

    Develop renewal plans to avoid obsolescence and support issues Ensure appropriate IT support for the complex PD environment over multiple hardware platforms (from 10+ year old PCs to leading edge process control and data capture devices) - Face a challenging software environment including internal systems, business IT and 3rd party software - Champion work towards compliance with ISP, a challenge in an area with significant amounts of shadow IT, aged hardware / software and customers with a high level of technical expertise.

  • Feedback / Escalate to other IT teams where and how it could better support the business - Champion & support the development of new IT solutions Spring Technology acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
