Roles & Responsibilities :

  • The desired candidate will be responsible for driving transformation across key accounts in the UK and delivery of transformation projects spread across geographies.
  • As a Senior Manager, you will be required to successfully deliver projects and maintain day-to-day client interactions, often with C-

    level executives. The role involves accountability on the outcomes of transformation engagements in the UK / Europe region.

    Key responsibility includes executing and driving advisory or related engagements in a client environment and performing following activities on a day-to-day basis :

  • Relationship Management You are the primary client day-to-day contact and will ensure the client's needs are well understood, defined and met.
  • Responsible for driving revenue generation from accounts. Serves as the primary interface between senior client management and client senior management (Executive Committee members of client Service and Senior Vice President's)

  • Project Delivery Manages all project delivery specific to UK and European clients with different team structures and service delivery models.
  • The geographies could vary from India, UK, and Europe etc. The candidate must have experience in having worked in doing delivery out of client offices at scale and involved in being responsible for one other geography in terms of P&L management.

  • Business Development Proactively supports the organization in developing pipeline for new clients within Insurance and other verticals in UK and Europe.
  • This will include identifying key prospects and driving client engagement strategy to develop a closer working relationship and eventually securing a long-

    term commercial engagement with them.

  • Thought Leadership Provides thoughtful insights in specific practices and delivers business insights to identify and resolve complex issues critical to clients'
  • success. Thought leadership needs to be specific to Insurance business covering varied topics including Six Sigma, Lean, RPA, Automation, Target Operating models and delivery models.

    Provides coaching and mentorship to junior team members in the latest technology and industry trends.

  • P&L Management Given the delivery responsibility the candidate will hold the budgets for the UK- Europe project delivery for named accounts and therefore will be accountable to deliver the gross and net margin targets set for the client and business area.
  • Practice Development Proactively contributes to business development and to attracting, retaining, developing, and motivating a team of diverse and qualified staff.
  • Service Offering - Drives the development of new service offerings and contributes to the development of the consulting practice
  • Candidate Profile :

  • Extensive experience in Consulting , Delivering Successful Projects and Account management
  • Experience specific to UK Insurance Market and advising clients at senior levels, 10+ years in Consulting delivery management and 5 years+ minimum within the UK / Europe region.
  • Extensive experience comprising service delivery, operations management, problem solving and client management within the insurance industry
  • Experience in delivering services in more than one of the following areas specific to the Insurance business :
  • Personal Lines
  • Commercial Lines
  • Underwriting Support
  • Business Operations for all lines of business Personal Lines, Commercial lines
  • Extensive experience of working with the following emerging technologies specific to Insurance :
  • Essential : Agile , Design Thinking , lean six sigma etc
  • Preferred : , Digital insurance and insurance CRM / Claims / Policy Admin platforms
  • Prior experience of working with UK Insurance companies in client facing roles
  • Demonstrable proven leadership capability, excellent problem solving and people management skills
  • Attended management courses designed by UK companies / management institutes
  • Managing large multi-geography projects
  • Coaching and Mentoring project teams
  • Successfully authored Whitepapers
  • High level of emotional intelligence, personal beliefs and values and strong people skills
  • Comfortable working with C Level Executives
  • Excellent oral, presentation and written communication skills
