What you'll be doing
Responsible for the collation, tagging and publication of customer reports, analytics, insights on to the new Consumer Digital Knowledge Hub
Defines the keyword / tagging framework to ensure user interests logged in the portal are then notified real time with new content as it becomes available
Ensures we push content to users through portal alerts but also sets up and maintains processes to advertise content on other channels, driving Knowledge Hub adoption
Works closely with the wider insights communities to identify new content available from the wider business to publish / link to, complimenting the data, reporting and analytics available from Data and Decisioning
Works closely with Talent and Development, the Digital Enablement team and Data and Decisioning Learning Squad to ensure all data training, for our own data teams and for our wider stakeholders, is accessible and pushed to users as it becomes available
We'll also need to see these on your CV
Expertise in technologies such as sharepoint
Knowledge of content keyword / tagging processes
Strong communication skills
Strong prioritisation skills
Highly skilled in planning
Experience working cross functionally with multiple stakeholders
An analytics or insight background would be useful to understand the content you are mapping / publishing
Sharepoint / design / content publication would be desirable
