You will be working as an Actuarial Intern in the Life & Health Actuarial Management department supporting several qualified actuaries and other actuarial students.
You will contribute to the accurate and timely delivery of quarterly financial results on several reporting bases (US GAAP, Best Estimate and Statutory) on Life, Health or Longevity business.
You will also play a key role in enabling internal and external reporting for our UK reinsurance business.
About the Team :
UK Life & Health Actuarial Management is responsible for the financial reporting and actuarial management of the UK Traditional and Financial reinsurance portfolio.
We ensure the accurate valuation of the business and provide insight into the drivers of the financial results for a range of stakeholders.

About the role :
Developing knowledge of reinsurance products and resolving ad-hoc issues e.g. with data, cashflow projections or assumptions
Contributing to improving the efficiency, quality and control of reinsurance reporting processes.
Support the consolidation and submission of internal or external results for the entire UK Life & Health Reinsurance Portfolio
