Role Introduction

Software Solutions Consultant. Primarily responsible for the provision of Consultancy Services to several customers for a product set.

Driving towards customer success by exhibiting product and domain knowledge to ensure successful delivery across a variety of concurrent projects.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Leading workshops to elicit then document customer requirements
  • Configuring applications to perform as required and sharing that with our customers
  • Training end users to use software effectively
  • Supporting customers to gain the best value from our software - by supporting them through their user testing and go live
  • Working with the Professional Services team to improve our delivery methods and materials
  • What You Will Be Good At

  • Software system knowledge and prior consultancy delivery experience
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and conduct stakeholder management
  • A focus on customer success and delivering value
  • Flexibility / Adaptability & an eagerness to learn
  • Problem Solving ability
