We operate in a strict regulatory environment based on defined learning objectives, largely driven by regulatory requirements, findings from regulatory reviews, input from various subject matter experts (SMEs) and emerging business needs.
You will be responsible for designing digital training modules on technical accounting and audit topics for our financial auditors in a variety of formats and accessible from a range of devices e.
g short videos, e-learning modules, interactive presentations, digital based assessment activities.
This will involve the transformation of our existing library of training courses as well as new modules based on emerging business requirements.
As such you will be required to structure technical content and activities to optimise learning. In doing so you will :

Person Specification / Requirements
We are looking for an instructional designer who is ideas-driven, comes from an instructional design background, and is passionate about making learning an invigorating and empowering experience.
The successful instructional designer candidate should have a firm grasp of how people learn, and excellent writing, communication and collaboration skills.
Ideally, the perfect candidate should also have experience in managing projects and a working knowledge of basic graphic design.
To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate the following :
o writing instructional text, audio and video scripts
o use of a variety of authoring tools to create eLearning content - ideally Articulate Storyline
