Client locations : Redhill, Reigate & Crawley

Prestige Nursing & Care are looking for the very best homecare staff to join our well established and growing team to support vulnerable people in their own homes.

Assignments vary from shorter visits, to longer visits, days & nights supporting people with complex care needs such as, dementia, spinal cord and acquired brain injuries, learning disabilities and safety of our clients and frontline staff is at the forefront of everything we do here at Prestige Nursing & Care.

You will have access to weekly Covid-19 testing , ongoing and support from your local branch throughout the current pandemic.

We are doing everything we can to keep everyone safe at work during this unprecedented time, so to reassure you further, we are holding 'Virtual' Interviews and Training and have an endless stock of PPE too!

  • Duties of the Job

  • Prompting medication (care workers)
  • Assist with activities of daily living, domestic duties and personal care
  • Ensure health, safety and welfare of clients
  • Record Keeping - maintaining up to date reports such as care plans
  • Maintain regular communication with branch manager
  • Provide complex care
  • Respect the individuality and confidentiality of each client
  • To work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team

  • What we expect from you :

  • We're looking for at least 6 months' paid experience in care within the UK (ideally with a background in complex care)
  • A full driving licence is essential for some roles, not all
  • 2 satisfactory references
  • A great attitude to working within the care industry, keen for training and progression.
