We are looking for a highly organised, dedicated and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our growing, award winning UK Affiliate Team.

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of mid-high tier clients on a day-

to-day basis. The role is extremely varied and will consist of client meetings & presentations (London travel will be required on a monthly basis), creating & executing bespoke exposure plans, providing detailed post campaign reporting and sourcing exclusive content & commercials for vouchercloud & our reach network.

As an Account Manager you will need to be confident, articulate and personable with a can-do attitude.

You’ll spend time on the following :

  • Effectively manage and grow a large portfolio of UK clients
  • Develop and manage relationships with mid-high tier brands, affiliate networks and agencies
  • Upsell all media space opportunities - being dedicated not reactive
  • Create persuasive and strategic proposals to deliver growth
  • Develop and understand the client’s long and short term marketing objectives, finding opportunities to increase revenue and performance
  • Communicate in a professional and timely manner with brands and networks
  • Complete daily audits to ensure content featured is optimised and aligned to account strategy
  • Negotiate the best possible commercials with partners
  • Develop Client relationships (with brands, networks and agencies)
  • Manage and execute client campaigns to deliver maximum value and return on investment for the business and partners
  • Manage client expectations on campaign performance
  • Complete regular offer performance reviews and forecasts
  • Use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to prepare reports and client presentations
  • Dedicatedly develop a deep understanding of the affiliate industry and key trends
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Represent the business at client events
  • Lead team workshops
  • Reporting
  • Deliver weekly reports and updates on portfolio growth and effectiveness of campaign management
  • Utilise Google analytics, network data and market insight to deliver post campaign reports
  • Identify and report on weekly and monthly fluctuations within portfolio
  • Attend and prepare updates for the weekly affiliate meeting
  • Report on competitor activity for brands within portfolio
  • We’re excited about you if you have :

  • Previous digital marketing experience
  • A strong understanding of Affiliate Marketing
  • Experience of managing relationships and delivering campaigns in line with important metrics
  • Proven track record of developing key accounts
  • Proven track record of hitting business targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised, with a sharp eye for attention to detail
  • Confident, with strong interpersonal skills in a client facing situation
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of performance marketing, SEO and PPC
  • Proficient user of MS Office
  • A great team player
