Partner Experience Specialist

Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity to join a successful ever growing company based in the centre of Burton Upon Trent on a permanent full time basis.

Main responsibilities :

  • New client onboarding
  • Managing Incoming enquiries (via telephone or PC)
  • Account management
  • General administration
  • Stock control and sales orders
  • Query resolution
  • Technical support (Training provided)
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in the following :

  • Capable of outbound proactive contact, not just inbound
  • Sales experience desired
  • Understanding account management
  • Data entry and query resolution
  • CRM experience
  • Proven track record, and success gained in an internal sales or customer service role
  • Dynamic personality upbeat and positive
  • Self-starter : able to motivate self and work within a team
  • Excellent communicator with good verbal and written skills
  • Sales driven and passionate about achieving results
  • In return :

  • Basic £20,500 per annum
  • 10% performance related bonus (after successful completion of probation)
  • Hours : 9 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 30 p.m. (Monday to Thursday inclusive) and 9 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 00 p.m. (Fridays). Half an hour for lunch each day 37.5 hours per week
