The retail department has great potential for expansion along with their existing contacts. The following work will be required from the successful candidate :
Arrange a programme for winning more instructions along with undertaking informal valuations and confirm new instructions.
Adopt, set out and implement a policy for marketing instruction, receive and register new applicants on our database. Show applicants around properties along with agreeing and negotiating terms with applicants.
Suitable candidates will also be familiar with arranging and agreeing to submit accounts and then ensure that they are paid and ensure that the website and aggregate websites are up to date.
£40,000 plus attractive commission
