Job Description

6 full / part time vacancies available working set shifts.

Primary duties include touchpoint cleaning to ensure areas in frequent use with high footfall are sanitised on an ongoing basis, examples include doors / frames, vision pains and kick plates, hand rails, desks and seating areas, vending machines, telephone devices and clock machines.

When required additional duties compromise of removal of debris from the warehouse floor through sweeping and littler picking, floor washing to remove spillages and small debris build-up.

Full training provided and PPE included. previous experience preferred but not essential. Overtime available.

This is a temporary roll for a minimum of 2 months with a view of permanent employment thereafter.

Health and Safety responsibilities

Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times;

Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment;

Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received;

Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and / or via your divisional incident reporting system;

Information Security

Ensure compliance with Mitie's information security procedures in all activities;

Proactively identify and report security risks to your manager;

Report actual and suspected security incidents;
