What you will do

  • Develop a detailed knowledge of automotiveMastermind’smarketing cycle, systems, and processes.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Predictive Marketing department runs smoothly.
  • Respond to all inbound marketing-related inquiries and requests and work with the appropriate marketing team member to resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Proactively troubleshoot problems and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Assist in proofreading and QA of marketing campaigns and client data.
  • Support brand managers in routing campaign samples through compliance department and documenting approval statuses.
  • Create and organize campaign samples to share with automotiveMastermind’s sales team.
  • Assist in developing content for the company knowledge base including FAQs, best practices, and training materials related to marketing topics.
  • Who you are

  • 1+ Years of Experience, including internship experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or other related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A meticulous approach to work and a keen eye for detail
  • Adept at maintaining high-quality work while meeting tight deadlines
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Google Drive, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Able to work flexible hours
  • Expected Hours of Work

    This is a full-time position. Generally, work is performed Monday through Friday, though holidays and weekends may be required.
