In this role, you will be a performance and data-focused Paid Media Manager delivering paid digital media strategies that deliver real results for clients.
Using data-driven insights will be an integral part of the role to ensure sustained growth.
Develop results-focused Paid Media strategies to align with core campaign objectives and ultimately help drive clients’ business objectives.
Communicate strategy plans to clients in a confident and user-friendly way.
Inform strategies based on competitive landscape, research, trends, and insights.
Build, implement and manage Search, Social, Display, Shopping, and YouTube campaigns across various platforms.
Provide data-driven insights to inform campaign performance optimization across various platforms.
Monitor, analyze, and report back on campaign performance.
Build strong client relationships.
Work as part of a highly collaborative, cross-functional team.
Manage, develop and train the more junior members of the team.
Work closely with other teams of specialists to ensure a cohesive digital approach for clients, across both paid and organic activity.
Involvement with Paid Media new business opportunities and identify growth opportunities for current clients.
Understand Paid Media and its commercial impact on clients’ businesses and the agency.
Stay up to date with new developments in the world of digital advertising.
In order to be considered for the following role you should have the following skills and experience :
You have 2+ years of post-graduate experience in running and managing Paid Media campaigns.
Have experience delivering campaigns / projects for multiple clients / stakeholders.
You have the ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of Google Analytics and have a data-driven approach to discovering actionable insights.
You have excellent copywriting skills combined with excellent spelling and grammar alongside a keen eye for detail.
Your communication skills are impeccable, via phone, face-to-face, and online.
Demonstrate excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload and effectively manage multiple ongoing projects.
An analytical and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
Excellent literacy and numeracy skills and along with attention to detail.
