Job Description

Reporting to the Director, Learning and Development (L&D), and working as part of a small team :

  • Be responsible for L&D for the APAC and EMEA regions.
  • Partner with regional HR representatives to identify regional learning and development needs and plan, schedule and evaluate regional L&D programs.
  • Design and develop Leadership and Soft Skills Learning programs using sound instructional design practices and applying adult learning principles.
  • Facilitate training programs utilizing multiple delivery and distribution channels including instructor-led, in-person, virtual classroom, e-learning, mobile, and social collaborative learning programs.
  • Create resources, tools and other materials to support learning and drive behavior / culture change.
  • Provide consulting and coaching, as relevant.
  • Be responsible for managing Leadership & Soft Skills course administration in our Learning Management System and for compiling, analyzing and reporting metrics for team.
  • Qualifications

  • 5-7 plus years of facilitation experience in both in-person, virtual and blended formats, including a demonstrated ability to engage leaners at all levels.
  • 5-7 plus years of related instructional design experience, including experience developing and delivering content for global audiences.
  • Experience in learning needs identification and training administration.
  • Comfort around senior leadership and ability to network, build client relationships and provide coaching to leaders.
  • Demonstrated creativity and innovation, and a passion to leverage the latest trends and technology to promote and enhance learning experiences.
  • Expertise with data and course authoring software, such as Excel and Adobe Articulate or similar software.
  • Willingness and ability to travel periodically (up to 30%), non-traditional work schedules as needed.
  • Technology and / or global company experience a plus.
  • Certification in Crucial Conversations and Extraordinary Leader a plus
